1. Parties and Acceptance

This agreement describes the terms and conditions applicable to the educational services offered by SuperE Cours LLC (hereinafter the “Provider”) through www.superecours.com (the “Site”) to you (the “User” or “Student”). These terms are mandatory and binding. Using the Site and booking services constitutes full agreement to these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Site.

2. Registration and Information

To access Spanish classes (individual, paired, or group), the User must provide accurate information. The User explicitly authorizes the Provider to contact them via email, phone, or WhatsApp regarding course management and updates.

3. Service Provision and Payment Policy

  • Advance Payment: All classes must be paid for in advance to confirm reservations.

  • Mandatory Monthly Payment: Sessions for the month must be paid in full no later than 48 hours before the first session of the period.
  • Default: If payment is not received on time, the Provider reserves the right to release the student's slot and reassign the schedule.
  • Refunds and Cancellations: Payments are non-refundable. Private classes must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance; otherwise, they are considered delivered. Group class absences are non-refundable, though session recordings will be provided.

4. Liability

The Provider is not liable for damages caused by unforeseen technical failures, internet outages, or computer viruses beyond its control.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, educational materials, and resources on the Site are the exclusive property of SuperE Cours LLC and are protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.

6. Indemnity

The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Provider from any claims resulting from a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

7. Modifications

The Provider reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on the Site.
