Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Nature of Payments

All payments made by the Student to SuperE Cours LLC (hereinafter, the "Provider") are final, definitive, and irrevocable. The User acknowledges and agrees that once payment is made—via any available method, including Stripe or bank transfers—no total or partial refund of the amounts paid will be granted under any circumstances, except as expressly provided in this policy.

2. Exclusion of Right of Withdrawal

The User expressly waives any right of withdrawal, revocation, or cancellation, given that the educational services offered are customized and prepared immediately upon booking confirmation.

3. Attendance and Class Management

  • Private Classes: Any cancellation or schedule change request must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. If notified within this timeframe, the class may be rescheduled at no extra cost (subject to availability). If cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, the class will be considered delivered, and no refund or makeup class will be granted.

  • Open Group Classes: Absences from open group classes are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. However, the student will have access to the recording of the corresponding session.

4. Cancellations by the Provider

The Provider may unilaterally cancel the service in the event of a breach of the Terms and Conditions by the User. If the Provider must cancel a class due to force majeure, it will be rescheduled by mutual agreement or fully refunded for the specific session.

5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

The User agrees not to initiate chargebacks, payment disputes, or claims through payment processors (such as Stripe) or banks unless they conclusively prove that the Provider failed to execute the service due to a direct and exclusive fault of the Provider. Any unjustified chargeback attempt constitutes a serious breach enabling the Provider to claim damages and associated legal costs.

6. Application of Credits

In exceptional situations, and at the sole discretion of the Provider, amounts paid may be converted into a credit valid for other services within one hundred and eighty (180) days. Such credit is non-refundable in cash under any circumstances.

7. Express Acceptance

By booking any of the services offered by the Provider, the User declares that they have read, understood, and fully accepted this Refund and Cancellation Policy.
